Description: On or about May 1, 2018, Plaintiff was falsely arrested by Defendants-Officers Matthew Librizzi and Ted Holway (Shield No. 17428). Defendants tightly handcuffed Plaintiff during the arrest, causing pain and numbness, and ignored Plaintiff's requests to loosen them. Defendants forcibly dragged and pulled Plaintiff into the police vehicle and transporting him to 79th Precinct. The Defendants later made false statements to the Kings County DA
