Description: On January 3, 2020, at approximately 9:30 p.m., near 390 Lexington Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, plaintiffs Jayshawn Clemente and Deonte Holley (cousins) were driving in Jayshawn's car, along with other with other friends and family members.
