Description: On July 8, 2020, Plaintiff was arrested for a string of burglaries that occurred in Kings County, New York between January 27 and June 17, 2020. There were a number of differences between Plaintiff and the suspect who had been caught on camera on multiple occasions. These differences included a limp, different facial features, age gap, weight difference, different hair, and clothing style.
