Description: On January 3, 2013, Plaintiff was in a grocery store when he was approached by officers Charles W. Fox and Jason Ianno. The officers demanded to see his identification, which he complied. Plaintiff was arrested and transported to the hospital where the officers instructed doctors to conduct a body cavity search of Plaintiff, including forced x-rays and digital penetration of his rectum while handcuffed. The officers failed to find any foreign bodies. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct and to Central Booking.
