Description: Defendant Officers, in response to a 911 call, falsely arrested plaintiff for assault without doing a proper investigation and transported plaintiff to the 83rd precinct. False charges were filed against him that were later dismissed. The next day after Plaintiff was released from custody, he arrived to his home to see he was locked out of the apartment where he resided. Defendant Officers Lutchman and Seddo arrived, attacked plaintiff, took him to the 81st Precinct, denied him medical attention, and filed false charges against him. All charges were later dismissed.
