Description: On July 8, 2020, Plaintiff was arrested for a string of burglaries that occurred in Kings County, New York between January 27 and June 17, 2020. There were a number of differences between Plaintiff and the suspect who had been caught on camera on multiple occasions. These differences included a limp, different facial features, age gap, weight difference, different hair, and clothing style. Plaintiff informed NYPD Detective Daal that she was not the person in the video, but he arrested her regardless. Plaintiff’s arm was dislocated during her arrest while she was in handcuffs.
