Description: On April 21, 2013, Plaintiff was visiting a friend who resided at 93 Bristol Street Brooklyn, NY. After forcibly grabbing Plaintiff, defendant officers tightly handcuffed Plaintiff with his hands behind his back. Defendant officers subjected Plaintiff to an illegal search.
