Complaint
Description: Plaintiff complied when asked to turn off boom box speaker as Defendant Officers assaulted Plaintiff and attempted to use a Taser on the Plaintiff. Once the Plaintiff was in handcuffs, Defendant Officers sprayed pepper spray into Plaintiff's face and was later taken to the hospital after being shoved into a fence. Defendant Officers claimed that the music was too loud, that the Plaintiff turned music back on after being asked to turn it off, and that Plaintiff resisted arrest.
