Description: On March 18, 2014, the plaintiff, Mr. Khalifah Abdussamad, was waiting for a bus at a bus stop when the defendant NYPD officers arrested him, searched his bag without consent, probable cause, or a warrant, handcuffed him, and put him in the holding cell of a police precinct.
