Description: On March 26, 2012, a group of police officers including officer Tyler Ehrlein knocked down Plaintiff's front door with their guns drawn at 6:00 AM. The officers arrested Plaintiff without probable cause, claiming to have found marijuana in Plaintiff's brother's room. At the precinct, the officers misrepresented to the District Attorney that Plaintiff possessed marijuana. Plaintiff was released and the charges against him were dismissed after 24 hours. Then, on the night of October 24, 2013, several other officers stopped Plaintiff in an apartment building and asked where he was going.
