Description: On June 5, 2013, Mr. Rahul Saksena came upon an interaction between NYPD officers in Kings County who were of the opinion that another person had illegally urinated in public. To document the occasion, Mr. Saksena began recording video on his phone, to which police officers arriving in support are alleged to have recorded with their own phones.
