Description: On October 3, 2012, Plaintiff (who is Black) was attending a CAMBA Back to Work Program when police officers Anita Sandoval and Richard Riley (who are both white) randomly surrounded her. Officer Sandoval directed Plaintiff's supervisor to leave the area, and Officer Riley swore at Plaintiff, grabbed her, slammed her against the wall, and then slammed her (face down) against the floor. Officer Riley then dug his knee into Plaintiff's back as he handcuffed her with unnecessary tightness. Riley then pulled Plaintiff off the floor by the handcuffs.
