Description: In March or April 2019, Plaintiff was accused by a security officer at the Brooklyn Fair Hearings office of engaging in disorderly conduct. The officer then removed Plaintiff from the premises.
On December 19, 2019, Plaintiff arrived at the the same location for a scheduled hearing and again was accused of causing a disturbance. Plaintiff was again removed.
