Description: On January 4, 2020, defendant Moss-Jones appeared at the 88th Precinct in Brooklyn and falsely reported to defendant Landi that Plaintiff (with whom she was reportedly not familiar) verbally threatened to send someone to kill her and that he was aware of her employment with the NYPD. She alleged to defendant Atherley later that day that plaintiff said he would shoot her. She alleged no physical contact and stated that she was not familiar with the plaintiff. She also falsely reported that a similar incident occurred on December 23, 2019. Physical evidence of the area proves that no such encounter occurred, which the defendants should have known.
