Description: On July 5, 2011 Defendant Officers PIRA GALLOZA and DELANEY arrested Plaintiff on Stone Ave in Brooklyn for attempted assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct. During the arrest, Plaintiff was thrown to the ground so violently by Defendants that his left arm was broken. Plaintiffs head and body were slammed onto their police car causing injuries to Plaintiff’s head, including but not limited to: a laceration, swelling, bruising, and an abrasion, all above Plaintiff’s eye.
