Description: On July 30, 2015 at approximately 10:00 PM, Plaintiffs Shaunda Johnson and Deborah Green (who also sue on behalf of their infant children NG and LG), were with their infant friend DA in a large group of children at the Atlantic Terminal shopping mall. Not everyone in this group was friends. The Plaintiffs were walking LG, NG, and DA in the area of the Atlantic Terminal toward Fort Greene Park, the area where LG lived.
