Description: On May 3, 2013, Plaintiffs were seated in a lawfully parked automobile at an intersection with the ignition off when they were approached by NYPD personnel who questioned them about a report of a gun that they had received. The personnel included individual defendants Officer Peter Segerdahl and Sergeant Nicholas Kuliecza, along with John Doe 2 through 4. Plaintiffs were wearing completely different clothing from the description provided in the report.
