Plainclothes defendant officer ran into plaintiff's courtyard and approached plaintiff. Defendant officer physically assaulted plaintiff, handcuffed him and transported him to the 75th precinct. Plaintiff was charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and false personation. All charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal and were eventually dismissed. Less than one week later, the same defendant officer and john does came to the plaintiff's courtyard and verbally harassed him.

Plaintiffs were on a train with classmates when a fight broke out between other students. Defendant Officers arrived and asked for a volunteer to go with a victim to the hospital. Plaintiff 1 volunteered but then was yelled at by multiple officers and then placed in handcuffs. Plaintiff 2, her sister, started crying and then was also placed in handcuffs. She was released after 15 minutes and left at the train station while Plaintiff 1 was brought to the 75th precinct, held for an hour, and then released without charges or any arrest documentation.

The plaintiff picks up bottles at the Pacific Hall when asked by the owner on a regular basis. Between June 2014 and June 2015, the plaintiff was arrested various times for false charges of Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing Governmental Administration, and violation of the Alcohol and Beverage Control Act. The plaintiff was taken to the 75th Precinct on all arrests. The charges were dismissed on all arrests.

The plaintiff was rounding the corner of the street looking for a cab when an unmarked car pulled up next to him and 5 officers in plain clothes chased down and arrested him. They searched him and found nothing, but brought him to the nearby precinct anyway and searched him again. With nothing to charge the plaintiff with, the defendant officers charged him with a traffic violation for being on a roadway instead of sidewalk in violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1156.A. The charge was later dismissed.

Plaintiff was also discouraged to seek medical assistance at Brooklyn Central Booking.
