Description: On May 30, 2012, plaintiff Rivera, living on Pinson Street in Far Rockaway, was taking a nap with her 5 month old grandson when she heard officers outside. After waking up, Rivera looked out her window and saw four plainclothes officers detaining a neighbor's son. She also saw her son, Timothy, talking to the officers.
