Amended Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was at the DMV to plead not guilty to a traffic summons given to him by Officer Rivelli. As Plaintiff left the hearing, Officer Rivelli told him to "come here" and then punched him in the face. Plaintiff was then arrested by multiple officers, brought to the 105th Precinct, and charged with OGA, resisting arrest, and Dis Con, which were all later dismissed.
