Description: On July 27, 2013, at approximately 7:25 a.m., Giuseppe Mormone was in the vicinity of his home when he observed several NYPD officers (names unknown), including Police Officer Erik Contreras, in his yard throwing something at his mother's second floor window. Mr. Mormone told the officers that he lived there and asked what they were doing. The officers ignored him, and so Mr. Mormone asked them to leave.
