Description: On January 16, 2023, at around 8.30 p.m., Jackey Knight parked his car at a parking space a few houses from his girlfriend's home. One of the defendants knocked on driver's side and asked why he did not have his seatbelt upon which Knight truthfully replied he had taken it off to park. Upon showing his license, registration and insurance card and consequently being directed to the back of the car, the defendant officer responded if Kmight knew that his driver's license was suspended and simultaneously handcuff Knight's hand.
