Complaint
Description: A passenger on a bus attacked Plaintiff as they were getting off the bus and Defendant Officer Crecca arrived at the scene. The passenger elected to file charges against Plaintiff who was arrested, brought to the 103rd Precinct, and charged with Third Degree Assault and Second Degree Harassment, which were later dismissed. Officers refused to allow Plaintiff to file charges against her attacker and she made a formal IAB complaint about it. Officers then harassed her regarding the IAB complaint.
