Description: On June 18, 2017, Defendant officers Giovanni, Rivera, Daniel, Efinger, and Sergeant John Gheradi responded to investigate a report that an assault had occurred. The report defendants received of the alleged assailant were fully distinct from Plaintiff and that the alleged victim was intoxicated and highly uncooperative.
