Description: On January 16, 2018, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Plaintiff Raheem Wilson was at the intersection of Archer Avenue and Parsons Boulevard in Queens. There, he was accosted by Police Officer Gregory Gromling, Sergeant Ferrira, and several other unidentified police officers assigned to the 103rd precinct (all badge numbers unknown). The officers stopped Plaintiff and asked him what he had in his pockets.
