Description: On June 29, 2019, at approximately 5:25 pm, Defendant Officers (Officers Efinger, Giardina, McKeefrey, Walter, McCarthy, John Doe, and Jane Doe) arrested Mr. Holloway without cause at or within the vicinity of 161-10 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica.
