Description: On April 6, 2022, Plaintiff, driving his fully insured and registered business vehicle, was profiled and singled out for being a black male at a police check point by Sergeant Caligeuri and Officer Scudiero. Plaintiff was taken off the road to a dead end. The officers asked Plaintiff to present his Driver's License and Registration for the vehicle within thirty seconds, which was not possible since Plaintiff's business had multiple vehicles. They refused to inform Plaintiff of the reason for asking for these documents when Plaintiff had not ostensibly broken any laws.
