Description: On May 29, 2013, Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle when the vehicle was legally parked. The car was seized and searched and Officer Michelle Feldman ordered Plaintiff out of the vehicle. Plaintiff was told to accompany the officer to the precinct to answer some questions. Before entering the patrol car Plaintiff was handcuffed. Plaintiff was falsely arrested for possession of a weapon. The pilum knife was not in plain view nor was it possessed by Plaintiff. Plaintiff was granted an ACD on September 19, 2013.
