Description: Plaintiff had been physically attacked and her possessions damaged by another women at the park when the Defendant Officers P.O. Hendrick and Defendant P.O John Doe #l came into contact with her. The Plaintiff was refused a translator for her native language. The Defendant P.O. Hendrick, among other NYPD Officers seized and arrested Plaintiff before detaining her at the 104th Police Precinct. The Plaintiff was charged with assault in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment in the second degree. The charges against the Plaintiff were eventually dismissed.
