Description: On October 13, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street when he was approached by PO Joseph Torres, PO Edward Hernandez, and other unknown POs with their guns drawn. The officers searched Plaintiff and found his lawfully held prescription medicine his cerebral palsy with his own name on the label. The officers immediately arrested Plaintiff, and watched Plaintiff fall numerous times until they threw him into the police van. Plaintiff fell again exiting the van and fell multiple other times during his 24 hours in police custody. Plaintiff was subjected to an invasive strip search at the precinct.
