Description: On July 14, 2013, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 220th Street, Queens, NY, when he was attacked without provocation by defendant officers Demeo, Delgado, Hoffman, and Lubrano, who repeatedly punched, slammed to the ground and kicked Plaintiff in the face and body, before arresting him. Plaintiff was transported to Queens Hospital Center for treatment of his injuries. Plaintiff was admitted and received treatment for three days for various injuries including cerebral hemorrhage. Plaintiff was charged with two Class "A" misdemeanors. On July 18, 2013, Plaintiff was arraigned and released.
