Description: On September 14th, 2018, at around 8:30pm, Plaintiff was standing near the corner of W. 112th Street and Lenox Ave. in Manhattan. Plaintiff was then confronted by Alberto Pizzaro, Richard Pimental, and Jose Hernandez, all members of the NYPD. Plaintiff was doing nothing unlawful, but was still handcuffed by the police within second of their arrival. The handcuffs that they placed on Plaintiff were deliberately over-tightened. The police then kneed Plaintiff in the groin, punched him in his stomach, and dragged him into a police vehicle.
