Description: On September 25, 2013 plaintiff was arrested without a warrant at JFK airport by defendant P.O Cabrera and defendant detective Gridley, pursuant to the orders of defendant detective Warmhold. Plaintiff had previously been involved in a case, in which he was accused of drugging a customer who bought special customized supplements from him. The complaint was ultimately closed by defendant detective Warmhold on September 7, 2013. Nevertheless, plaintiff was arrested by defendant P.O. Cabrera and defendant detective Gridley, who used force that resulted in serious physical injuries.
