Description: Shortly before the incident, the Criminal Court Order or Protection was modified by Family Court allowing the plaintiff to return home. On the day of the incident, the plaintiff was home when the defendant officers knocked on his door and entered the home asserting that the plaintiff could not be there. The officers ignored the plaintiff's documentation and took the plaintiff to the 106th Precinct and was charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree. The charges were dismissed.
