Description: On May 25, 2012, Plaintiff James Goldring possessed two unlicensed rifles and one unlicensed shotgun. He accidentally shot his 4 year old. Description: On or about May 6, 2013, at approximately 9:30 p.m., the Police Officers John Doe and Jane Doe #1-3 (names unknown) ('the Officers') arrested Mr. Madison without cause at a Mobil Gas Station. They charged Mr. Madison with violating vehicle traffic laws 'Obedience to Police officers and flagpersons' and 'Equipment'.
