Description: On March 24, 2014, Plaintiffs were lawfully inside their apartment when NYPD Officers Nicholas Paschitti, William Orgera, Kevin Menendez, Nicholas Palladino, and Michael Ostrander forcibly entered their apartment without a warrant and without reasonable cause or consent by the Plaintiffs. NYPD Sergeant Richard Siedman remained outside the apartment in a supervisory capacity and did not intervene to stop the other Officers. Plaintiffs were subjected to excessive force before being handcuffed and unlawfully arrested.
