Description: On August 21, 2015, around 7:00 p.m., in the vicinity of Rockaway Avenue and MacDougal Street in Brooklyn, Officer Luis, Detective Petrillo, Sergeant Bobe, and two other NYPD officers stopped Plaintiff and grabbed him. Detective Petrillo and Sergeant Bobe tackled Plaintiff and slammed Plantiff's head into a metal fence/gate, causing injuries to Plaintiff's head and face. Description: On August 26, 2013, Plaintiff was walking to his residence from the store when two unmarked NYPD vehicles pulled up. Plaintiff, who had a firearm, ran and threw the weapon away. After a brief pursuit Plaintiff stopped. Despite being stopped, Defendant Officers Ramon Portillo, Gabriel Cuevas, Leandro Cruz, Joongsuk Hwang and Justin Kelly and Sergeant Thomas Hardell tackled Plaintiff.
