Description: On December 22nd, 2016, Plaintiff Wright was arrested by Defendant Officer Enders in his residence. While arresting and handcuffing Wright, Officer Enders grabbed the Plaintiff's shoulder sharply. Plaintiff Wright asked repeatedly to be seen by a medical professional. Officer Enders told Plaintiff Wright that he could seek medical assistance at Central Booking but it would delay his arraignment.
