Description: On May 17, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., P.O.s Omar Rackoff, Henry Etienne, Rayna Hall, Michael Ernst, Matthew Klein, Timothy Gorman, Joseph Pontecorvo, and other unknown officers, cut the chain of Plaintiff Sharon Lopez's apartment at 150-41 75th Road, Apartment 2B, Flushing, Queens, and entered the premises. Ms. Lopez went to the door and explained that there were no problems and her daughters did the same; the police nonetheless entered. P.O. Rackoff cuffed Ms. Lopez tightly while her daughters taped the incident. P.O. Hall removed the children into a bedroom, seized the cell phone, and erased the video.
