Description: On December 12, 2017, plaintiff was present in or around a McDonald's restaurant. Plaintiff was approached by POs Michael Difede and Andre Blain. They illegally and unlawfully assaulted and battered her, using excessive force despite having already restrained the plaintiff. Defendants grabbed plaintiff's left arm, forced her to the ground, twisted her arm behind her back and placed handcuffs on her. They then forcefully removed her from the premises and falsely arrested and imprisoned her.

Description: On December 10, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully driving when POs Bryan Cippola, Victor Kozlosky, and Sergeant Angel Vasquez pulled Plaintiff over. Without legal basis, the Plaintiff was searched by the officers. The search yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs, or contraband. Although there was no legal basis to stop, detain, search or seize Plaintiff, the officers proceeded to place Plaintiff in handcuffs. They also searched his vehicle, including the glove box, trunk and middle console of the vehicle. Neither did those searches yield any evidence of guns, drugs or contraband.
