Fourth Amended Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was at the under-served veterans office when Defendant officers arrived and asked him to get against the wall. Plaintiff began recording and was told he wasn't under arrest. EMS workers then arrived and Plaintiff was handcuffed and brought to the hospital. Plaintiff was asked to sign a consent to treatment form and when he refused he was strapped to a stretcher, injected with a syringe and work up 2 days later. Plaintiff got in touch with his attorney and a judge ruled that he should be released from custody.
