Description: On May 27, 2021, Plaintiff was working at the Queens Boulevard Extended Care Facility as a nurse. At the time, an employee at the facility reported a missing shoulder bag. Then the Plaintiff was implicated by Chief operating Officer Jonathan Mawere, who reported that Plaintiff appeared in a surveillance video exiting the facility with said bag. The video showed a nearly indistinguishable individual bearing only scrubs. a surgical mask and head covering. Detective Thomas Hirdt arrested Plaintiff in her home in Brooklyn, on 417 East.
