Description: On February 9, 2013, at approximately 11:30 p.m., plaintiff was wrongfully arrested and assaulted by NYPD Officers Burt Antoine and Ryan Monteleone while trying to park his car in front of his home in Brooklyn. While attempting to film the interaction, plaintiff was pepper-sprayed, physically assaulted, and arrested without justification and despite not violating any laws. He was charged with multiple offenses and held until his arraignment on February 10, 2013, when he was released on his own recognizance. All charges against him were eventually dismissed.
