Complaint
Description: On August 16th, 2018 Plaintiff Greenidge was arrested by Defendant Officers Kinkaid, Morales, and Russo. Prior to supplying bail, Defendant Officers assured Plaintiff Greenidge that they would be released upon the provision of bail. Defendant Kinkaid delayed Greenidge's release due to an NYPD I-Card. Plaintiff was released on August 21, 2018. While in custody, Defendants refused to provide Plaintiff with the treatment and medications requested.
