Description: Incident Number One: On October 2, 2011, Plaintiff was lawfully exiting an elevator in a subway station in Queens. NYPD officers, including Defendant Police Officer Salvia, stopped Plaintiff. Defendant officers began questioning Plaintiff. When Plaintiff objected to the officer’s questioning, Plaintiff was handcuffed, placed under arrest, and transported to a transit precinct. At the precinct, the officers, including Defendant Salvia, falsely informed employees of a District Attorney’s Office that they had observed Plaintiff obstructing a seat on the subway.
