Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was walking with his friends when an unmarked car slowed down in front of them and defendant plainclothes officers, who did not identify themselves as officers, got out and chased Plaintiff, tackled him, and assaulted him. Plaintiff was handcuffed, taken to a precinct, strip-searched, sent to the hospital for his injuries, and charged with crimes that were later dismissed.
