Description: On May 13, 2014, plaintiff called 911 about a family dispute involving her brother and father. Four officers responded, and plaintiff continued her efforts to defuse the situation by telling her brother to calm down. Officers told her to "shut the fuck up" and another said to "get her," at which point the plaintiff took off running. The officers chased her, put her in a headlock, shoved her to the ground, punched, kicked her, and shoved her face into the ground. She was also placed in very tight handcuffs, which caused her wrists to swell. Plaintiff is only 5'3 and 115 pounds. Plaintiff requested and was denied mefical attention. Plaintiff was arraigned on May 14, 2013 but alll charges were later dismissed.
