Description: On April 14, 2013, plaintiff arrived at his girlfriend's home in Queens to pick up his clothes. Plaintiff and his girlfriend's mother got into a verbal argument, in which the girlfriend's mother called the police and stated that plaintiff had broken her telephone. As plaintiff was getting arrested, another defendant PO assaulted plaintiff, and forcefully beat him before placing him in the squad car. Plaintiff required medical attention and was secured on a stretcher.
