Description: On October 4, 2018, NYPD officers arrested plaintiff, twisting her arms and causing her to suffer injuries. The officers struck plaintiff against an NYPD vehicle and transported her to the 112th Precinct, where she was searched in her bra in front of male officers. While at the precinct, plaintiff was informed that she was being charged with stalking. Prior to the arrest, plaintiff had filed a complaint against NYS Trooper Thaddeus Wroblewski with the New York State Police.
