Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was dj'ing at a backyard barbecue when Defendant Officers approached him, asked him for his ID, and then threw him on the ground as he was reaching in his pocket. Officers assaulted him, arrested him, brought him to the 113th Precinct and then the hospital, and charged him with 120.05, 195.05, 205.30, and 265.01. Plaintiff pled guilty to disorderly conduct.
